The elderly person has been a very important part of our society and history in the past and will continue to be in the present and future. We are very fortunate to learn from them as their life experiences have taught them great wisdom, which needs to be passed on from generation to generation. As an alternative to the institutional environment of a nursing home, we protect the dignity, individuality and privacy of each of our residents while striving to support and maintain their independence with the highest quality of life. Everyone associated with this home is dedicated to this mission. Blue Danube does not charge a New Resident Service Fee (non refundable), or any other fees upon admission (that most Facilities do). Blue Danube is a family owned and operated Residential Care Facility located in Euless, Texas. We provide loving attention and care to those who can no longer care for themselves. Some seniors definitely do not need to be in a Nursing Home, but they do need help with activities of daily living. These activities are defined as help with dressing, grooming, bathing, mobility, incontinence, cueing and reminding and medication management. We know that just a bit of help with these things makes a big difference in the quality of life. We provide a residential care/assisted living arrangement in which housing, meals, help with activities of daily living and protective supervision are provided for seniors or disabled.
